​昨晩実施しましたメンテナンス作業による影響で、教職員の一部の方において、「Outlook使用時にWindowsセキュリティの資格情報の入力を何度も求められ、メールが使用できない」といった事象が発生しています。皆様には何度もご不便をおかけし、大変申し訳ございません。

【暫定対処】
以下の手順により、古い資格情報を削除することで利用できることを確認しております。現時点で認証が完了せずOutlookが利用できていない方は一度お試しください。​
 
　①Windows「コントロールパネル」を開く。​
　②​​右上検索欄にて「資格情報マネージャー」を検索し、クリック。
　③「Windows資格情報」をクリック。
　④資格情報一覧より［mail.omu.ac.jp]の資格情報を削除。

​　・　2026/6/3  18:30頃から。情報基盤課・ITヘルプデスクにて、今朝より複数件の問い合わせを受けています。

Due to the maintenance work carried out last night, some faculty and staff members are experiencing an issue where Outlook repeatedly prompts for Windows Security credentials and email cannot be accessed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused.

​【​Temporary Workaround】

We have confirmed that removing outdated credentials may resolve the issue. If Outlook is currently unavailable due to authentication failures, please try the following steps:

  1. Open Control Panel （「コントロールパネル」）in Windows.
  2. Search for Credential Manager（「資格情報マネージャー」） using the search box in the upper-right corner and open it.
  3. Select Windows Credentials（「Windows資格情報」​）.
  4. Remove the credential entry for [mail.omu.ac.jp] from the credential list.

  • The Information Infrastructure Division and IT Help Desk have received multiple inquiries since this morning.

先日のメンテナンス作業時に発生した障害への対処のため、18:30~22:00の間に緊急メンテナンスを再度実施いたします。

 作業時間中はOutlookなどのメールアプリにおいて、認証画面が表示され、正しい情報を入力しても認証されない場合があります。

その場合は、Webメール（OMUポータル＞システムメニュー＞WEBメール・個人スケジュール）をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
また併せて、作業時間中は作業の負荷や万が一の際のリスク低減のため、出来るだけ「メール送信」を控えていただけますよう、ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。​

Due to ongoing issues related to the maintenance work carried out recently, we will be conducting an additional emergency maintenance today,  from 18:30 to 22:00.

During the maintenance window, email applications such as Outlook may display a login/authentication prompt.

In some cases, authentication may fail even if the correct credentials are entered.

If this occurs, please use Webメール instead (OMU portal > System Menu > Web Mail & Personal Schedule).

To help reduce system load and minimize potential risks during the maintenance, we kindly ask everyone to avoid sending emails unless necessary during this period.

We apologize for the continued inconvenience and for the short notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

一部のユーザで、ログインエラーおよび大学アプリの「出席登録」にて、QR読み取りエラーが発生しています。Some users are experiencing login errors and QR code scanning errors when using the “attendance registration” feature in the university app "OMU＋".

原因

ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ございません。現在、原因を調査し対応を進めております。

出席登録時にエラーが発生した場合は、以下の対応をお願い致します。

1）担当教員に申し出、必要に応じ各教室に設置している出席登録用紙への記入する。（教員が出席状況をMoodleに反映させたい場合は手動で出席管理システムでの登録が必要）
2）教室によっては出席管理端末への学生証タッチを利用する（中百舌鳥、杉本、阿倍野、りんくうのみ）

If an error occurs during attendance registration, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Inform the instructor in charge and, if necessary, fill out the attendance registration sheet provided in each classroom. (If the instructor wishes to reflect attendance status in Moodle, manual registration in the attendance management system is required.)
  2. In some classrooms, students may use their student ID card to tap on the attendance management terminal (Card access: in Nakamozu,Sugimoto,Abeno and Rinkuu Campus only).

【障害】OMUNET-1X に繋がらない事象が発生

　・無線LAN OMUNET-1X、OMUNET-HY、コミュニティWi-Fi、eduroam

　※対象時間帯に数分程度 の停止が6回発生します
　※基本的には、ロードバランサ経由でSSO連携をしているサービス全般の通信が不可。
　ネットワークの停止時間が短いため、デバイスやアプリケーションなどで再接続により通信が可能。
