5/21（木）18:00～19:00のメンテナンス作業により障害が復旧しました。

現在は Google Chrome においても安全性が確保された状態で利用可能となっております。

以下日時で、サーバのメンテナンスを実施いたします。

5/21（木）18:00~19:30

作業時間は約1時間半を予定しており、作業中は文書管理システムの利用はできません。

（約1時間を想定しておりますが、場合によっては最大1時間半に延長される場合がございますので最大時間を記載しております）

平素は、情報システムの運営にご協力いただき有難うございます。

文書管理システムにつきまして、サーバ証明書更新の不具合により、
Google Chrome でアクセスした場合、安全性が確保されない状態が発生しています。

■使用不可（安全性が確保できないため）
　※「この接続ではプライバシーが保護されません」といったメッセージが表示されます
・Google Chrome

つきましては、当該ブラウザ以外での使用をお願いいたします。

■使用可能

・Microsoft Edge

・Mozilla Firefox

なお、使用デバイスのOSにより、状況は異なります。
上記の記載はWindowsPC環境での挙動となりますので、
「この接続ではプライバシーが保護されません」のような表記が出た場合は、別のブラウザや端末でお試し頂けますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

解消次第こちらでご案内させて頂きます。

The failure has been recovered by the maintenance work on 5/21 (Thu) 18:00~19:00.

Currently, it is also available in Google Chrome in a secure state.

We will be performing server maintenance on the following date and time:

Thursday, May 21, 2026　18:00–19:30

The maintenance is expected to take about 1.5 hours. During this period, the Document Management System will be unavailable.

（Although the actual work is expected to take about 1 hour, it may be extended up to 1.5 hours in some cases, so the maximum duration is indicated.）

【障害／5/22 17:30更新】Outlookで何度もログインを求められ、メールが使用できない/Outlook keeps asking me to log in and I can't use my email

教職員の一部の方において、Outlook使用時にWindowsセキュリティの資格情報の入力を何度も求められ、メールが使用できない事象が発生しています。

暫定対処と詳細は以下をご参照ください。

現状は不具合の発生は落ち着いております。
原因は解明していないため、ベンダーへ調査依頼は引き続き行っております。

【暫定対処】2026/5/12 9:30更新

以下の手順により利用できることを確認しておりますので、現時点で認証が完了せずOutlookが利用できていない方は一度お試しください。

◆アプリ版

Windowsセキュリティ(IDとパスワードを求められる画面)で「その他」をクリックしていただき、ユーザ名を「ac-ad\ご自身OMUID」、パスワードはOMUIDのパスワードを入力し、「資格情報を記憶する」にチェックを入れてOKをクリックする。

※Windows端末ではバックスラッシュ（「/」の逆向き）が円マーク「￥」に変わる場合がありますが、どちらも同じ扱いなのでどちらでも問題ありません。

◆Web版

お使いのブラウザのキャッシュをクリアしていただいた後にWebメールにアクセスする。

もしくはお使いのブラウザのシークレットモード(プライベートモード)でWebメールにアクセスする。

※いずれについても時間が経つと再度認証を求められる可能性がありますので、同じ対応をお願いいたします。

Some faculty and staff are repeatedly prompted to enter their Windows security credentials when using Outlook, preventing them from using email.

We have confirmed that Outlook can be accessed by following the steps below. If authentication has not yet been completed and you are currently unable to use Outlook, please try the following procedure.

◆App version

On the Windows Security screen, please click ‘More options（「その他(sonota）」）’, and In the username field, enter ‘ac-ad\your OMUID’, and enter your OMU password. Check the box for ‘Remember my credentials’, then click OK.

※On Windows devices, the backslash character (the reverse of “/”) may appear as a yen sign (“¥”), but they are treated the same, so either one is fine.

◆Web version

Please clear your browser cache before accessing webmail, or access webmail using your browser’s private (incognito) mode.

※Please note that in either case, you may be prompted to authenticate again after some time, so please follow the same steps if that happens.

本メンテナンスでは [影響範囲] に記載している利用者影響はない想定でが、暫定対応を実施する際に
予期せぬ問題が発生した場合は利用者に影響が発生する可能性があります。

学内ネットワークの OMUNET-1X で、一時的に接続が出来ないなど利用が不安定となる事象が発生しています。
