【注意】OneDriveによるデータの学外共有について
2026/06/09（火）頃～
Microsoftの仕様変更により、2026/6/9頃より、OneDriveでの学外共有（特定ユーザあて）ができなくなっています。
※リンク・パスワードによる共有（機密性3情報以下）は可能です。
対応方法については現在調査中です。
なお業務等の都合により、やむを得ず特定ユーザ指定による共有が必要な場合は gr-joho-tech@omu.ac.jp までご相談ください。

【6/4 10時更新/6/4 10:00 update】【緊急】メールサーバメンテナンス実施（6/3 18:30~22:00）/Outlook Email Server Maintenance (6/3, 18:30~22:00)

※6/4 10時更新 昨晩実施しましたメンテナンス作業による影響で、教職員の一部の方において、「Outlook使用時にWindowsセキュリティの資格情報の入力を何度も求められ、メールが使用できない」といった事象が発生しています。皆様には何度もご不便をおかけし、大変申し訳ございません。 【暫定対処】
以下の手順により、古い資格情報を削除することで利用できることを確認しております。現時点で認証が完了せずOutlookが利用できていない方は一度お試しください。
①Windows「コントロールパネル」を開く。
②右上検索欄にて「資格情報マネージャー」を検索し、クリック。
③「Windows資格情報」をクリック。
④資格情報一覧より［mail.omu.ac.jp]の資格情報を削除。
[障害発生日時]
・ 2026/6/3 18:30頃から。情報基盤課・ITヘルプデスクにて、今朝より複数件の問い合わせを受けています。
[影響範囲]
・ 対象サービス ：Outlook（アプリ版）
※Webメールであれば問題なく使用できる場合もあることを確認しております。

Updated: 6/4, 10:00 Due to the maintenance work carried out last night, some faculty and staff members are experiencing an issue where Outlook repeatedly prompts for Windows Security credentials and email cannot be accessed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. 【Temporary Workaround】We have confirmed that removing outdated credentials may resolve the issue. If Outlook is currently unavailable due to authentication failures, please try the following steps:

※6/3 13時更新 作業時間中はOutlookなどのメールアプリにおいて、認証画面が表示され、正しい情報を入力しても認証されない場合があります。 その場合は、Webメール（OMUポータル＞システムメニュー＞WEBメール・個人スケジュール）をご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
また併せて、作業時間中は作業の負荷や万が一の際のリスク低減のため、出来るだけ「メール送信」を控えていただけますよう、ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

During the maintenance window, email applications such as Outlook may display a login/authentication prompt. In some cases, authentication may fail even if the correct credentials are entered. If this occurs, please use Webメール instead (OMU portal > System Menu > Web Mail & Personal Schedule). To help reduce system load and minimize potential risks during the maintenance, we kindly ask everyone to avoid sending emails unless necessary during this period. We apologize for the continued inconvenience and for the short notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. |
